Erin Warner, MBA - Founder and Chief Engineer
Erin was born and raised in Texas. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. She has worked for NASA and Lockheed Martin. She graduated number one in her class with a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. She is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Future Leaders in Training Experience (FLiTE) program, the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and the Reverse Mentoring Program. Erin is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is married, has two children and loves to spend time with her family. She is the president of an elementary school Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and a homeroom parent for her children. Erin was awarded the 2019 -2020 Lake Travis ISD Volunteer of the Year. She is a substitute teacher devoted to students. Erin has a passion for STEAM literacy, helping schools and making learning fun for kids.
Susan Humiston, Ed.D. - Education Consultant
Dr. Humiston enjoyed a 30+ year career in public education as an English teacher, high school principal, curriculum director and central office administrator. Upon retirement from public education in 2011, Dr. Humiston established Humiston Consulting LLC to offer educational consulting services. As an educational consultant, Dr. Humiston has worked as a Professional Service Provider through the Texas Education Agency working with 19 campuses on school improvement, has served as an executive coach for seven principals, a director for a Math Innovation Zone grant, and a designer and coordinator for a district mentor program. Dr. Humiston served as an adjunct professor in Educational Administration and Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University Central Texas from 2007-2016, designing and teaching 30 principal-preparation courses both face-to-face and online. Dr. Humiston holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a Doctorate of Education from Tarleton State University. From 2011-2016 Dr. Humiston served on the College of Education Advisory Council for The University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Salado, TX, loves antiquing, beekeeping and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.
